SHIPPING POLICY
Turnaround
All orders are shipped within 48 hours Monday - Friday 8am - 5pm.

Order Tracking
If a tracking # is provided by the shipping carrier, we will update your order with the tracking information. Please note that some orders using 1st Class USPS mail will not have tracking numbers.
Back Orders
If an item goes on back order we will ship you the part of your order that is in stock. When the item becomes available we will ship you the rest of your order. You will not be charged any additional shipping and handling for the second shipment.
WARRANTY & PRODUCT CARE
Keep your Cadoryn product at its best by following these simple instructions;
With the exception of emeralds, light use of a jewellery sonic cleaner will ensure that your stone remains as close to its original brilliance as possible. Emeralds may be cleaned with a soft brush as an alternative. It is strongly advised that all Cadoryn products be removed prior to entering chlorine pools and tubs. Avoidance of chemical exposure such as perfumes and hair products will help maintain the quality of the product. Under no circumstances should liquid silver cleaner be used to clean your product.
To maintain optimal quality of your Cadoryn piece, we recommend the use of Cadoryn's stone Hydrator. The regular hydration of your stone will ensure its supreme brilliance while and long after the wearing your Cadoryn product.
We strongly believe in the quality of our products. As a result, Cadoryn is able to offer a lifetime warranty on all products, provided that the need for repair is due to manufacturer fault. The general wear and tear is not included in this warranty, but can be greatly reduced by following the instructions on our jewellery care page. Faulty products can be returned to authorized retailers.

RETURNS & EXCHANGES
How To Return An Item: (ONLINE BOUTIQUE ONLY)
Your item must be in its original unused condition to be returned. Your must return the item within 30 days of your online purchase.
1. Please email info@cadoryn.com to request a refund. Please inlcude your order number within the email.
2. CADORYN will supply a return address for your item, in which you must supply a tracking #. CADORYN will not provide payment for shipping your item. All shipping costs will be covered by sender.
Return Exceptions
Merchandise that has been worn, used, or altered will not be accepted for return or exchange.
